All reservations are requests until the 50% of the total cost of the reservation has been paid. Otherwise, rooms will be available for sale and prices and/or promotions are subject to change without prior notice.
The delivery of the room is at 3:00 PM. Upon arrival at the hotel, you will be given an access bracelet and invited to wait at the beach club. Check-out is at 11:00 AM*. If you wish to spend more time at the restaurant, we will be happy to store your things for you. *If check-out is between 12-3 PM, a $200 MXN fine will be charged. After 3 PM, an extra night will be charged.
If you cancel 30 days or more prior to arrival date, a 15% cancellation fee applies. If cancelled 15 days or more prior to arrival date, a 50% cancellation fee applies. Cancellations made from 0 to 14 days prior to arrival date, is a change of date.
Food and/or beverages are not allowed in the restaurant or in the beach club area. In case you wish to bring food and/or beverages, a $500 MXN corkage fee will be charged.
Pets are not allowed in the room without supervision. The room is required to be vacated for daily cleaning. The penalty for not performing IMMEDIATE CLEANING of your pet's needs on the premises is $300 pesos p/day.
We ask guests to keep the rooms clean and the facilities in good condition. The fine for stained towels is $200 MXN, dirty mattresses $600 MXN. The cost will be charged for damage and/or destruction of the facilities.

The initial payment is made by bank transfer or deposit. The room must be paid in full at check in in cash, by transfer or credit card payment* 16% VAT + 4% lodging tax applies.
It is important to mention that Chacala is a developing town and this is a family business. Weather conditions on the coast are unpredictable. Failures in power supply, Internet networks, vending terminals and other services may be affected, so we appreciate your understanding of the inconveniences that may arise. As far as possible, we try to make our guests' stay as trouble-free as possible, but if something happens and it is in our hands to solve it, our staff will be there for you.
